Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. It’s a great activity for developing skills for all other sports.
School-age progressive girls’ gymnastics classes include all four women’s Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise in addition to tumble track and trampoline. Classes meet once per week for 55-70 minutes, and progress from beginner to advanced. Athletes are welcome to enroll in more than one class if they want to train more than once a week.
Our beginner classes, Jewels (5-6 year olds) and Rubies (6-12 year olds), are a perfect place to start. If your athlete has had previous gymnastics training and is no longer a beginner, please text us at 618-204-1981 to schedule an evaluation to find the perfect class fit.
