Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination.  It’s a great activity for developing skills for all other sports.

School-age progressive girls’ gymnastics classes include all four women’s Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise in addition to tumble track and trampoline.  Classes meet once per week for 55-70 minutes, and progress from beginner to advanced.  Athletes are welcome to enroll in more than one class if they want to train more than once a week.

Our beginner classes, Jewels (5-6 year olds) and Rubies (6-12 year olds), are a perfect place to start.  If your athlete has had previous gymnastics training and is no longer a beginner, please text us at 618-204-1981 to schedule an evaluation to find the perfect class fit.

Pride Ninjas focus on the Big 5 Skills and are improving their focus, fitness, and fun in each class!

Ninjas attack the Big 5 each week through dynamic warmup and stretch, skill stations, and fun!
Kids aged 4-12 years work for 30 to 45 minutes in small groups to meet their goals.

Pride offers private lessons providing individualized, focused training with a Pride Coach for athletes aged 7 and up (younger athletes must have prior coach approval before booking lesson classes).  We provide two Private Lesson options:  individual lesson appointments with no long-term commitment to provide schedule flexibility for your busy athlete and continuous lesson classes at the same time and day each week to provide consistent one-on-one training for your athlete with his/her favorite coach.

The Swim School at Pride offers year-round Learn to Swim lessons in small classes with personalized instruction.  Our shiver-free 90 degree Pool provides a fun and safe experience in super clean UV-filtered water using positive & progressive curriculum.

Your Little Lion is ready for exciting new adventures in The Jungle, our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area.  Instructors will help independent Little Lions climb, leap, and roll through activities designed to build confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility while practicing important social skills like taking turns and interacting with peers.  Geared for children 3-5 years old. Children must be potty-trained. 30 min. class.

This weekly class is the perfect introduction to the gym for you and your young toddler! Instructors assist adult caregivers through parent-led activities that help develop fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, and strength. Classes are held in our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area, The Jungle. Ages 12-23 months, adult caregiver participation required, 30 min.

This weekly class is the perfect introduction to the gym for you and your energetic toddler! Instructors assist adult caregivers through parent-led activities that help develop fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, and strength. Classes are held in our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area, The Jungle. Ages 2-3, adult caregiver participation required, 30 min.

Jungle Explorers is our program for older preschoolers ready for longer classes and bigger expeditions in The Jungle, our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area. While exploring The Jungle, instructors will lead Explorers over, under, and through more complex activities to grow coordination, flexibility, strength, and balance. Occasional treks to “big kid” areas of the gym like the trampoline and tumble track are a part of the adventure. Ages 4-6, must be potty trained, 45 min.

This is a transitional class for newly school-aged Adventurers that introduces the areas of our older recreational programs, while keeping the imaginative play of our preschool program.  Adventurers are led by instructors through both The Jungle, our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area, and our “big kid” gym areas, like the trampoline, tumble track, vault, bars, beam, and floor.  Geared for children 5-6 years old, 45 min.

Tumbling classes are offered for beginners to Elite level tumblers ages 5-18. These 55-70 minute classes offer athletes an opportunity to learn tumbling skills on the spring floor, using the rod floor, trampoline, and tumble trac as training aids. Tumbling classes place a strong emphasis on technique, while coaches use drills and stations to allow athletes to work on advancing their skills safely. Athletes are welcome to enroll in more than one class if they wish to train more than once a week.
