Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. It’s a great activity for developing skills for all other sports. School-age progressive girls’ gymnastics classes include all four women’s Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise in addition to tumble track and trampoline. Classes meet once per week for 55-70 minutes, and progress from beginner to advanced.
Our Jungle Classes are perfect for your active 2 to 6-year-old. We focus on independent learning as well as group learning skills. Our safety-certified instructors teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, tumbling, core strength, balance, and flexibility in a fun and active learning environment.
