Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination.  It’s a great activity for developing skills for all other sports. School-age progressive girls’ gymnastics classes include all four women’s Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise in addition to tumble track and trampoline. Classes meet once per week for 50 minutes, and progress from our beginner Rubies thru advanced Diamonds.
