Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination.  It’s a great activity for developing skills for all other sports. School-age progressive girls’ gymnastics classes include all four women’s Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise in addition to tumble track and trampoline.  Classes meet once per week for 50 minutes, and progress from our beginner Rubies thru advanced Diamonds.

We believe that  competitive gymnastics offers training for a lifetime in flexibility, balance, goal setting, and grit. Pride offers competitive teams for all levels of Xcel. Athletes practice 2-4 days per week, depending on level and compete locally and regionally. While striving for gymnastics excellence, we also encourage our athletes to take part in other sports and activities outside of gymnastics. If you are interested in team gymnastics at Pride, please request information using the button below. Gymnastics Team Packets will be released in early April, with team evaluations in late April. If you have questions, please call us at (618) 204-1981 so that we can connect you with a team coach to answer your questions and get to know you and your athlete.
