Intro to All-Star Cheer

Intro to All-Star Cheer will teach your child the fundamentals of Cheer each week during practice.  Each week cheerleaders aged 4-12 will learn counts, positions, dance, stunt, and basic tumbling to build a choreographed routine.  Practices are 55 minutes each, one day per week.  Cheerleaders will wear a uniform to perform for families & friends at a Pride Cheer Event.  Class uses USASF curriculum.

2023 Spring Session One runs January 2 through February 25
and performs on February 26.

2023 Spring Session Two runs February 27 through April 29
and performs on April 30.

HYPE Cheerleading

Pride HYPE Cheer Teams provide a foundation in competitive cheerleading for boys and girls from 3 to 14 years old. These teams are a great fit for cheerleaders looking for all the fun and excitement of our full-year programs while keeping the stress of competing light and fun during the early learning stages.

This introductory program runs during the School Year, practicing and training during the fall to attend exhibitions in the winter and spring. Most events are held within the St. Louis region, minimizing travel time and costs. Cheerleaders are placed on teams based on their birth year and will learn to tumble, jump, stunt, and dance to complete choreographed routines for their Exhibition-style events.

HYPE teams practice one day per week for 60-90 minutes, depending on age and team. Practices begin the week following Labor Day Weekend and continue through the last event scheduled, estimated mid-April.

Registration opens in August.
