Open Gym and Ninja Open Workout Sessions give you a chance to use the equipment and get time on the mat in an athlete-led, coach-supervised environment.
Open Gym is an open, supervised workout for ages 6-18. After a group warm-up, athletes may use gym equipment to practice and perfect their skills. Coaches are available for supervision and float throughout the gym. Space is limited, pre-registration is encouraged.
The Jungle is our dedicated preschool area where you and your little explorers can jump, run, and climb through a safe, preschool-sized obstacle course that changes weekly. Adult caregivers supervise their explorers with instructors nearby to assist. Geared for children 1-6 years old, adult caregiver participation required.
Need to boost your skills for spring events and cheer tryouts? Join us for Open Tumble Workout Sessions each week. Each session will include approximately 20 minutes of warmups, stretching, and tumble lines; split into groups for 40 minutes of skill work; and 30 minutes of open workout time. Open to member athletes ages 8-18 years old. Enroll per weekly session or use your Punch Pass or Tumbling class Make-up Token. Classes begin January 24 and run during Winter and Spring 2022.
