LOOKING FOR MORE GYM TIME?

Open Gym and Ninja Open Workout Sessions give you a chance to use the equipment and get time on the mat in an athlete-led, coach-supervised environment.

SCHOOL AGE OPEN GYM

Open Gym is an open, supervised workout for ages 6-18.  After a group warm-up, athletes may use gym equipment to practice and perfect their skills.  Coaches are available for supervision and float throughout the gym.  Space is limited, pre-registration encouraged.

Session:
Friday 7:00pm-8:30pm

NINJA ZONE OPEN GYM

Ninja Open Workout is an open, supervised work out in the Ninja Zone.  After a group warm-up, athletes may use gym equipment to practice and perfect their skills.  Coaches are available for supervision, and float throughout the Ninja Zone.  Spaced is limited, pre-registration highly encouraged.

Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm

JUNGLE OPEN GYM

The Jungle is our dedicated preschool area where you and your little explorers can jump, run, and climb through a safe, preschool-sized obstacle course that changes weekly.  Adult caregivers supervise their explorers with instructors nearby to assist.  Geared for children 1-6 years old, adult caregiver participation required.

Friday 9:30am-10:30am
Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm

HOW TO ENROLL:

STEP 1:

To enroll your child in an Open Gym or Ninja Open Workout session, you will be prompted to create an online Family Account in our Customer Portal.

STEP 2:

After updating your family and student athlete information, you can either purchase your punch pass then Punch In from your Account menu OR enroll in our monthly class option. It’s that easy!
