The Swim School at Pride offers year-round Learn to Swim lessons in small classes with personalized instruction.  Our shiver-free 90 degree Pool provides a fun and safe experience in super clean UV-filtered water using positive & progressive curriculum.

Kids can’t get enough gym time? Need a date-night with your special someone? Conquer both with Kids Night Out at Pride!  KNO Camps run from 6:00pm-9:00pm and include open gym time and themed activities.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED.

Your Little Lion is ready for exciting new adventures in The Jungle, our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area.  Instructors will help independent Little Lions climb, leap, and roll through activities designed to build confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility while practicing important social skills like taking turns and interacting with peers.  Geared for children 3-5 years old. Children must be potty-trained. 30 min. class.

NinjaZone combines elements from gymnastics, martial arts, parkour, obstacle training, and freestyle movement with the freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace.

The result is more confident, disciplined kids, who have a physical, mental and emotional foundation to take on any challenge. NinjaZone captures your child’s energy and ignites their confidence! Ninja Zone is on a mission to turn energy into ambition, one awesome kid at a time!

Our weekly class training sessions are fast paced, high energy rotations thru circuits designed to cover all the things a Ninja needs to know!   

Coaches lead Ninjas in progressive skills training stations and through obstacles courses that emphasize jumping, rolling, flipping, landing, stealth, strength, speed, coordination, and balance.  Classes also include a weekly character focus skill and mat chat designed to help our Ninjas live out the Ninja Zone mantras outside of the gym.  Ninjas work to gain skills and level up to the next class.  We are looking for awesome kids who are ready to take on the world!

Lil’ Ninjas, ages 4-6, will learn progressions and terminology for skills used in Ninja training including rolling, vaulting, basic large gross motor skills, jumping, falling, swinging, climbing, etc. with a goal to develop body coordination, awareness, and listening skills required for Ninja White Level.

Ninjas ages 6-18 begin at level WHITE and progress as their skills and strength grows through levels YELLOW, GREEN, and BLUE until they attain Ninja Master status!

This weekly class is the perfect introduction to the gym for you and your young toddler! Instructors assist adult caregivers through parent-led activities that help develop fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, and strength. Classes are held in our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area, The Jungle. Ages 12-23 months, adult caregiver participation required, 30 min.

Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination.  It’s a great activity for developing skills for all other sports.

School-age progressive girls’ gymnastics classes include all four women’s Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise in addition to tumble track and trampoline.  Classes meet once per week for 55-70 minutes, and progress from beginner to advanced.  Athletes are welcome to enroll in more than one class if they want to train more than once a week.

Our beginner classes, Jewels (5-6 year olds) and Rubies (6-12 year olds), are a perfect place to start.  If your athlete has had previous gymnastics training and is no longer a beginner, please text us at 618-204-1981 to schedule an evaluation to find the perfect class fit.

Jungle Explorers is our program for older preschoolers ready for longer classes and bigger expeditions in The Jungle, our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area. While exploring The Jungle, instructors will lead Explorers over, under, and through more complex activities to grow coordination, flexibility, strength, and balance. Occasional treks to “big kid” areas of the gym like the trampoline and tumble track are a part of the adventure. Ages 4-6, must be potty trained, 45 min.

This is a transitional class for newly school-aged Adventurers that introduces the areas of our older recreational programs, while keeping the imaginative play of our preschool program.  Adventurers are led by instructors through both The Jungle, our one-of-a-kind, dedicated preschool area, and our “big kid” gym areas, like the trampoline, tumble track, vault, bars, beam, and floor.  Geared for children 5-6 years old, 45 min.

Pride offers private lesson classes providing individualized, focused training with a Pride Coach for athletes aged 7 and up (younger athletes must have prior coach approval before booking lesson classes).  We provide two Private Lesson options:  individual lesson camps with no long-term commitment to provide schedule flexibility for your busy athlete and continuous lesson classes at the same time and day each week to provide consistent one-on-one training for your athlete with his/her favorite coach.

Tumbling classes are offered for beginners to Elite level tumblers ages 5-18. These 55-70 minute classes offer athletes an opportunity to learn tumbling skills on the spring floor, using the rod floor, trampoline, and tumble trac as training aids. Tumbling classes place a strong emphasis on technique, while coaches use drills and stations to allow athletes to work on advancing their skills safely. Athletes are welcome to enroll in more than one class if they wish to train more than once a week.
